Check the Pet Fees and Deposits

Because many pets can be somewhat confused and even unruly when moving into a new living space, many pet-friendly communities require an early deposit and charge monthly pet fees.  The fees collected are used to cover any costs that may be incurred by a pet.  Additionally, these fees vary from location to location and are based upon a number of factors.  Oftentimes the fees are dependent upon the rules of the community or the size and breed of the pet.  With this in mind, it is important to inquire about deposits and fees in advance.
